Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of the information Agu Ukaogo, doing business as Home With Agu ("we," "us," or "our"), holds about you at any time. This includes contact details you provided, information related to your real estate or insurance inquiry, and any data or access tokens obtained when you connect a social account (such as Facebook or Instagram).

How to Request Deletion

Email agu@homewithagu.com from the email address associated with your inquiry, using the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will confirm your identity, delete your personal information and any connected-platform tokens within 30 days, and email you once it is complete.

If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account: disconnecting it removes our access and deletes the stored access token immediately. You may also revoke access anytime in your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites.

Text Messaging

To stop SMS/text messages, reply STOP to any message at any time. This opts you out of further texts related to your inquiry.

What Is Deleted

Your contact profile and the details you submitted through our forms or by phone
Any access or refresh tokens for social accounts you connected

Some records may be retained where required by real estate or insurance recordkeeping and licensing regulations, or as otherwise required by law.
